Diamonds
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the same optical, chemical, and physical properties as mined diamonds. They are graded using the same 4Cs criteria and are certified by IGI.
Our diamonds are created using Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD). A thin diamond seed is placed in a chamber filled with carbon-rich gas, which crystallises layer by layer into a rough diamond.
Not with the naked eye. Even most gemologists need specialised equipment to distinguish between lab-grown and mined diamonds. They are identical in appearance.
Orders & Shipping
Hong Kong orders arrive in 1–3 business days. Singapore orders take 3–6 business days. Australia orders take 4–8 business days. All orders include fully insured shipping at no extra cost.
We currently deliver to Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia. For other destinations, shipping may be available subject to quotation. Please contact concierge@zei.boutique before placing your order.
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Warranty
Our bracelets are made to order. You may request cancellation before production begins; once production has commenced, change-of-mind cancellations, returns, and refunds are not available. Manufacturing defects and eligible warranty claims remain covered.
Every Zei piece comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers prong tightening, re-polishing, and rhodium plating.
Care
Soak in warm water with a drop of mild dish soap for 10 minutes, then gently brush with a soft toothbrush. Rinse and dry with a lint-free cloth.
Store in the provided jewellery box when not worn. Keep away from other jewellery to prevent scratching.
